Micah McLaughlin
For nearly two decades, Micah McLaughlin has been immersed in the world of earth-based and body-centered healing. He was the founder of Continuum Healing, a naturopathic practice, and the co-founder of the Grand Rapids Wellness Collective, the Vitalist Institute, and the Vitalist School of Psychospiritual Healing, where he has been teaching and practicing for the past seven years.
Micah completed his training at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education in 2008 and has since deepened his expertise through studies in Western herbalism, bioenergetics, Reichian character structures (5 personality patterns), somatic coaching, developmental trauma, and breathwork. Micah’s deepest commitment is to guiding humans back to their most authentic selves through bodywork, breath, music and community. Over the past decade, he has integrated psychology, spirituality, breathwork, and somatic therapy to help folks reconnect with their innate freedom and to serve as a catalyst for rebuilding community.
Through holistic dialogue, breathwork, and somatic therapies, Micah supports individuals in reclaiming full embodiment and presence. His work focuses on integrating childhood beliefs, developmental and shock traumas, and habitual patterns, guiding clients toward the ability to fully feel again. This process fosters safety, meaning, and a life unbound by past narratives—one rooted in the present, fully engaged with the unfolding experience of each moment.
As the nervous system regulates and the mind and body return to balance, physical and emotional pain naturally dissolve. Micah meets each person at their own pace, creating a safe and supportive space for transformation. He offers in-person sessions at his cabin in the woods of Lowell, Michigan, as well as virtual sessions via Zoom for those outside West Michigan.
Micah is a musician and songwriter who has spent the past 25 years creating music to foster community, coherence, and shared experience. He facilitates song circles, concerts, and ceremonies, using music as a tool for connection and integration. In 2024, he joined his friends in forming The Vital Hive music collective, a musical collective dedicated to weaving music into the fabric of communal healing. Their debut album is set for release in summer 2025, reflecting their vision of a world where singing, dancing, and prayer guide us back to remembering what this earth journey is about.
Micah is taking a limited number of new clients. Fill out Micah’s new client form below.

Jubilee McLaughlin
Jubilee is a woman oriented toward what is meaningful — an artist, wife, mother, and seeker of the Divine. Her life is an act of reverence: for the earth, for the creatures that inhabit it, and for the unfolding of the self through honest confrontation with the unknown.
She brings over fifteen years of experience as an art educator — cultivating the ability to hold space — to create environments where transformation can take root. She now brings that same depth of presence into her work with individuals, offering attuned, therapeutic touch that supports both insight and integration.Trained in Thai bodywork, Reiki, and deeply shaped by her time within the Vitalist School of Psychospiritual Transformation, Jubilee works at the intersection of body, psyche, and spirit. Using techniques like breathwork, compression, and rhythmic rebounding, she helps clients return to their innate wisdom and vitality.
Sessions with Jubilee are designed to support the release of stuck energy and restore connection across the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of the self. Through breath, touch, and attuned presence, Jubilee helps individuals reconnect with the deeper wisdom of their bodies and to release what is no longer serving them.
Jubilee’s art is born from the same place as her healing work: a communication between the physical and the divine. She works in multiple mediums, weaving together color, shape, texture, and spirit — each piece an expression of something deeper, something remembered. Her creations are not just images — they are prayers. Earth-born, heart-led, and meant to awaken something within the viewer: a longing, a memory, a sense of connection. Art and healing are not separate here. They are different languages in the same conversation. Her work can be seen HERE, with prints and original works available at our main house in Lowell as well. Jubilee is currently taking commissions, more information can be found HERE.
Jubilee is accepting new clients. The booking link is below. Please reach out via text if you would like to book a session outside the scheduling window (limited availability). Sessions will take place at our main house in Lowell, MI. The address will be sent after booking.

Asher McLaughlin
Asher McLaughlin is devoted to reconnecting people of all ages back to the earth, community, and the ancestral skills that once shaped our lives. For over seven years, he has mentored youth at Strong Roots Nature School, guiding them through the wild to remember their place within it.
